With the seasonal box you can expect to receive anywhere from 8-10 products depending on the size of each product. The goal is to build out a brand new full skincare routine for you, that is centered around your skin specifically!
Our boxes are shipped four times a year! Traditionally, boxes are mailed on the first of December, March, June, and September, with an expected delivery by the 15th of the appropriate month. If this is your first order, we will ship within 10 days of your order date. From label to delivery it is typically 3-5 business days!
You have the option to purchase one box on its own through our product page. If you purchase seasonally, you can skip the seasonal box before your recharge date of December, March, June, or September 1st.
Once tracking is complete, your box has been prepared specifically for you and is already on the way and can not be canceled. With the annual plan, you have agreed to the full plan, 4 boxes a year, and we can not skip a future box. If you subscribe to our annual plan, unfortunately you are committed to the year and we can not cancel your subscription. If you are purchasing seasonally, you can cancel anytime after the delivery of your first box. If you are purchasing one box on its own, you have until we send tracking information. Once tracking is complete, your box has been prepared specifically for you and is already on the way and can not be canceled. Since every box is hand packed and products are hand selected for you we can not accept returns. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so with the seasonal and one time purchase options before your box has shipped and your tracking number has been shared.
Oh no! If you receive a product that isn’t up to our Babe Mask standards, please reach out via email, firstname.lastname@example.org or social media so we can address the issue. We will do everything in our power to replace the product or correct the situation!
